Operations Officer Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
• Provide ad hoc project support
• Issue management and reporting
• Act as a point of contact towards internal and external clients
• Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction

• Dutch: Native
• French: Native
• English: Good

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field

Travel:

• Not applicable

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

• Good expertise in MS Office
• Familiar with various IT Tools
