Expert Business Analyst Mortgage Loans

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is looking for an Expert Business Analyst specialising in Mortgage Loans for a consultancy mission with our client in Brussels. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us within the client's mortgage loans squad, working on the implementation and maintenance of a target credit origination system. The consultancy model combines 50% on-site work with 50% homeworking and offers exposure to complex business and technology challenges.

Responsibilities:

Under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, you will:

• Be responsible for the elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
• Work closely with product owners, architects and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.
• Analyze and design new business processes.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Work with the project manager, architects and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.
• Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality management reviews, particularly reviews of designs, prototypes and other requirements work products, to ensure they fulfil the requirements.
• Plan and actively execute the Business Analysis requirements management strategy, communicating, driving and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal and external development and technology delivery organisations, prioritising their dependencies on the Business Analyst to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods is mandatory.
• Good expertise in MS Office is mandatory.
• Good understanding of IT and testing is mandatory.
• Experience with requirements management is mandatory.
• Good understanding of workflow processes is mandatory.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is mandatory.
• Experience working in the mortgage loans domain is mandatory.

Education and Certification:

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• No specific certification is required.

Language Requirements:

Working Model:

This is a Keystone Solutions consultancy mission at a client environment. The expected working arrangement is 50% on site and 50% homeworking. No specific travel requirement applies.
