Functional Analyst

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions at our client, focused on implementing Key Risk Indicators (KRI) automation. The scope covers 22 risk indicators to be automated, sponsored by the clients Compliance Benelux department in collaboration with all departments across three countries. Today, figures are processed manually at the end of each quarter. The objective is to automate 75% of the process, generate a report, and encode the results into the clients systems. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be embedded with the clients teams to achieve these goals while being backed by Keystones expert community.

Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:

• You will work on site with the clients business and IT stakeholders (Benelux), delivering outcomes as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• You remain part of Keystone Solutions at all times, benefiting from our playbooks, communities of practice, and senior mentors while executing at the client.
• You will collaborate closely with multi-country stakeholders, aligning requirements and timelines to drive measurable risk-reporting impact.
• Your mission is outcome-driven: translate business needs into actionable functional analysis, enabling the clients IT team to build robust automation.

Key Responsibilities (performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant):

• Understand the KRIs to be integrated.
• Identify the information sources.
• Describe the complex calculations required to obtain the figures.
• The Risk department uses Power BI, but the tool is not yet deployed in this context.
• The development will be handled by the clients IT team.
• Keystone Solutions will ensure the functional analysis (FA).

Project Details:

• Project start: early 2026.
• Go-live planned for end of March 2026 (end of Q1).

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication.
• Ability to identify data sources.
• Comfortable with numbers and analyses.
• Ability to describe existing calculations.
• Good understanding of databases (fields, structure, etc.).
• Bilingual FR / ENG.
• Experience in the insurance sector is appreciated.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, ability to ask the right questions and to proactively seek information.
