Data Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Data Analyst within the Marketing & Communications domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Document, support, and train users on the use of various available tools to analyze the performance of marketing and communications activities.

Your Skills:

• Proven ability to collaborate and inspire colleagues while maintaining a sharp analytical mindset.
• Expertise in transforming data into impactful information that drives decisions.
• Ability to make connections, challenge the status quo, and implement actions for continuous improvement.
• At least 3 years of experience in measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives, with strong knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, marketing funnel, and conversion funnel.
• Experience with at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SemRush, and Sprinklr.
• Proficiency in SQL language and SAS.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Good command of French and a passive knowledge of Dutch, or vice versa.
• Ability to work 50% on site and 50% from home.
