Senior Data Engineer Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Data Engineer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects for our client, contributing your expertise within the Transformation Office environment. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing our core values and consultancy excellence to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the management and evolution of a data warehouse for CRM, Analytics & BI, and a campaign orchestration tool (Adobe Campaign Classic).
• Ensure data is available and usable in the Marketing Data Warehouse (MDWH) and Adobe Campaign.
• Monitor data integration and transformation processes.
• Provide functional and technical support to internal clients on MDWH, CRM analytical platform, and Adobe Campaign.
• Collect business requirements using various techniques and translate them into efficient data solutions by designing data flows, data models, data stores/data sets, mapping rules, and access mechanisms.
• Analyze the best sources of data and define business and technical rules for integration.
• Prototype solutions to support business validation.
• Design and develop logical and physical data models and data stores, and industrialize the feeding and deliveries from integrated data stores (data warehouse, data marts, data sets).
• Streamline data pipelines across the enterprise for maximum usage.
• Collect business requirements for campaign orchestration and translate them for the Adobe developer.
• Monitor data loading in Adobe and propose improvements.
• Analyze and improve campaign workflows.
• Support business in launching campaigns, including workflow, content creation, and follow-up of deliveries.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering. Candidates with other academic backgrounds and substantial analytics knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical experience (mandatory):
  • Knowledge of SQL programming language.
  • Data modeling (Powerdesigner or another standard tool).
  • Knowledge of standard reporting/dashboard tools: BO, SAS, Tableau, etc.
• Business experience (mandatory):
  • Requirements management: capable of capturing, describing, and managing functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Functional analysis: capable of documenting systems functionalities.
  • Knowledge/awareness of data, security, and IT architecture concepts.
  • Experience in creating or optimizing workflows and data models in Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Business experience (preferable):
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Agile Central, etc.).
• Language requirements:
  • Dutch: Good
  • French: Good
  • English: Fluent
• Soft skills:
  • Quick self-starter with a proactive attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
