Data Quality & Reporting Specialist

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on site at the client's location and within a hybrid setup, executing the responsibilities and requirements outlined below while collaborating closely with the client's teams. The client is increasing data quality and the maturity with which it manages its data — building trust as a foundation for decision-making, reporting, and operations. A data quality framework and Power BI reporting structure are already operational for one data domain and one project. This role will scale that proven approach to new domains and project phases, while maintaining and extending what exists today. You will be part of the transformation team, bridging data governance, business domain owners, and data engineering. Stakeholder management and structured planning are as important as your technical acumen. Life insurance experience is a plus; strong data skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Keystone Solutions consultant, manage a complex, dynamic stakeholder landscape across business and IT.
• As a Keystone Solutions consultant, develop data quality plans for new project phases in collaboration with project management.
• As a Keystone Solutions consultant, analyze and profile key datasets to support the definition of data elements and the design of meaningful quality rules — working with data stewards, custodians, and domain owners.
• As a Keystone Solutions consultant, build and extend data quality reports in Power BI, partnering with data engineers and functional analysts.
• As a Keystone Solutions consultant, translate data quality metrics into actionable recommendations and support the remediation process.

Your Profile:

You are a hands-on data quality professional who combines analytical depth with strong communication skills. You navigate comfortably between business and IT, bring structure to complexity, and are energized by driving tangible improvements.

Must Have:

• Belgium-based, NL or FR plus EN. Minimum 2d/week on site.
• 6+ years in data analysis or data quality, preferably in complex or fast-changing environments.
• Strong ability to translate data findings into business context and vice versa.
• High proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
• Experience collaborating with data stewards, domain owners, and technical teams.
• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently with evolving priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with data modeling concepts.
