Keyvoto is a product information management platform that helps suppliers and retailers upgrade their digital shelf. The goal is to create, maintain and monitor product information across different channels, showcase products value and offer a dynamic plus targeted experience.
Your daily activities:
- Helping existing customers as well as those interested in our services via phone, e-mail, or chat
- Networking with other departments and partners to find quick and effective solutions to any issue
- Keeping records of customer interactions as well as processing customer accounts and file documents
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Using our customers feedback and recognizing our products and internal processes potential for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- To communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- To track and follow cases in order to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
- To ensure our customers satisfaction and success within the company
- To provide and maintain strong professional relationships between all partners, showing empathy at all times
- To reach the companys targets as set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
- To keep records of customerinteractions
Requirements:
- Strong customer/clientorientation
- Tech-savvy, hard-working, and a team player
- Friendly and solution-oriented way of working.
- Remains concentrated and detail-orientedunder pressure
- Strong understanding of customer expectations with a focus on quality-driven support.
- Computer skills and the ability to use MS Office equipment.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Emotional Intelligence
Nice to have:
- A Bachelor's degree will be considered a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service will be considered a plus.
