About the job Cold Caller
We are actively looking for Cold Callers/Appointment Setters who will work side-by-side with Insurance, Home Healthcare, and Real Estate US-based companies to support the client's business sales development opportunities.
The appointment setter's/cold caller responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in the business products and services and then scheduling a time for the assigned Sales Representative/Closer to meet with each client and keep a log of the numbers that have been dialed each day.
Job Type: Full-time
Rate: $4 per hour
Responsibilities:
= Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
= Call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
= Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
= Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
= Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
= Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
= Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
= Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.
= Data entry and database management.
= Creating and submitting a daily business report
To be qualified for this role, candidates must have the qualifications stated on the job hiring poster is shown below.
= Must have at least 1 year of Appointment Setting/Cold Calling sales relevant experience.
= Must have knowledge or experience in Skip Tracing/Lead Generation
= Must have knowledge or experience in Calendar Management and VoIP
= Familiarity with Trello/Asana, Slack, Time Tracker, and other freelancing tools is a plus
=Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
= Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, G-Suite products, & other industry-specific analysis software.
