About the job Sales Executive Assistant (Business Dev Support)
We are actively looking for a Sales Executive VAs who will work side-by-side with the sales marketing/business development team of Marketing Agencies (US-based). Anyone interested in this position should possess experience in sales & marketing and/or other related fields.
Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
Rate: $7-$8 per hour
Responsibilities:
= Manage, nurture and convert cold and warm leads into sales opportunities
= Lead generation, appointment setting, cold calling, email marketing, social media marketing, calendar management, market research
= Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound lead opportunities in social media platforms or any niche professional websites.
= Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the salesforce CRM system
= Managing complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle
= Efficient management of sales pipeline using the business sales processes
= Participate in the preparation of proposals and presentation of product or services demonstration via webinar or online meetings.
= Report to the Business Development Manager on (Daily, weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
= Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements and skills
= Support the marketing team if requested.
To be qualified for this role, candidates must have the qualifications stated below:
= At Least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Sales Executive Virtual Assistant/Sales Project Manager or any similar role.
= Advanced knowledge in doing B2B lead generation, nurturing leads, organic
cold email and cold calling, sales marketing, social media organic marketing, appointment setting & sales call presentation.
= Knowledge in leads sourcing techniques and doing lead gen on social media or niche professional websites Eg: LI, FB, IG, etc.
=Must have strong interpersonal skills & excellent verbal and written English com skills with high-level analytical & problem-solving skills.
= Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, G-Suite products, & other freelancing industry-specific analysis software.
