Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high quality food, exceptional service, and strong operational performance. This role provides leadership across front of house and back of house teams while maintaining compliance with food safety standards and local regulations. The Operations Manager drives staff performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency in a high volume restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front of house and back of house operations
Ensure food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff
Monitor costs, inventory, and operational performance
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations
Handle customer concerns and support a positive dining experience

Qualifications

Education
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field

Management Experience
At least five years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Operational Knowledge
Strong understanding of food safety, cost control, and daily operations

Leadership Ability
Proven experience managing teams and complex operations

Communication Skills
Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal abilities

Work Authorization

This position is open to international applicants and may be processed under the H 1B visa program for employment in Guam, a United States territory.
