Job Title: Teacher - Preschool & Toddler Room
Hours: Full-time (5 days per week, 8:00 am - 4 pm)
Start Date: June 16, 2025
Location: 30901 Stagecoach Blvd Unit 103, Evergreen, CO 80439
Compensation: $23-$25/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
Kids Garden Evergreen is growing! We are looking for enthusiastic Teachers (ECPC Level 2) to join our preschool and toddler rooms at Kids Garden Evergreen, an eco-friendly, creative arts learning center for children ages 12 months (and walking) to 12 years. As a Teacher, you will work closely with Lead Teachers to support daily activities, fostering a hands-on, nurturing environment rooted in the Reggio Emilia approach.

Requirements:

• Assist in implementing Reggio Emilia-inspired activities to promote children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development
• Support classroom organization, maintaining a clean, safe, and consistent learning environment
• Engage with children during learning and play, helping them explore and develop their creativity
• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to follow daily schedules and ensure a smooth flow of activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for working with young children
• Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but not required
• Must pass a background check and be physically capable of classroom duties
