Job Title: Substitute Teacher - Preschool & Toddler Room
Hours: Part-time, as needed (estimated 1 to 5 days a month)

Compensation: $24-$26/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
Kids Garden Evergreen is growing! Are you looking to have a positive impact on students without the full-time commitment? We are looking for enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our preschool and toddler rooms at Kids Garden Evergreen, an eco-friendly, creative arts learning center for children ages 12 months (and walking) to 12 years. As a Substitute Teacher, you will work closely with Lead Teachers to support daily activities, fostering a hands-on, nurturing environment rooted in the Reggio Emilia approach.

Requirements:

• Assist in implementing Reggio Emilia-inspired activities to promote children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development
• Support classroom organization, maintaining a clean, safe, and consistent learning environment
• Engage with children during learning and play, helping them explore and develop their creativity
• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to follow daily schedules and ensure a smooth flow of activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for working with young children
• Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but not required
• Must pass a background check and be physically capable of classroom duties
