Compensation: $20-$22/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic part time aide (ECPC Level 1 or 2) to join our preschool and toddler rooms at Kids Garden Evergreen, an eco-friendly, creative arts learning center for children ages 12 months (and walking) to 12 years. As an aide, you will work closely with teachers to support daily activities, fostering a hands-on, nurturing environment rooted in the Reggio Emilia approach. This is an ideal position for someone who is working while attending university or for a parent who wants to bring their child to work with them. This is a long-term position.

Requirements:

• Assist in implementing Reggio Emilia-inspired activities to promote children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development
• Support classroom organization, maintaining a clean, safe, and consistent learning environment
• Engage with children during learning and play, helping them explore and develop their creativity
• Collaborate with teachers to follow daily schedules and ensure a smooth flow of activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for working with young children
• Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but not required. No qualifications or degrees required. 
• Must pass a background check and be physically capable of classroom duties
