For a leading professional services provider in civil aviation across the Asia-Pacific region, we are looking for an experienced Aircraft Delivery Coordinator (gn) to join an international aviation team based in Dublin.
In this role, you will take ownership of aircraft delivery and redelivery projects—coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth, on-time handovers from initial planning through final acceptance.
Your Mission
You'll be at the centre of complex aircraft delivery programmes, connecting customers, lessors, OEMs, MROs, and authorities while keeping timelines, documentation, and compliance firmly on track.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage aircraft delivery and redelivery projects for new and used aircraft
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, lessors, manufacturers, MROs, and aviation authorities
- Plan, monitor, and control timelines, milestones, and critical paths
- Coordinate technical inspections, documentation reviews, acceptance processes, and final handovers
- Ensure all contractual, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery-related risks and issues
- Support ferry flight coordination and logistics when required
What you bring
- Several years of experience in aircraft delivery, leasing, airline operations, CAMO, or MRO environments
- Degree or professional qualification in aviation, engineering, logistics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of aircraft delivery and redelivery processes
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
- Confident communicator in an international, cross-functional environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with aviation-specific systems is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally
