Engine Engineer (m/f/d) (core engine component repairs)

Your Mission

• Ensure repair activities on core engine components not only meet ESM, CMM, IRM, SPM, and OEM requirements but go beyond them.
• Develop and implement tailor-made repair procedures for core parts like blades, vanes, and CC.
• Create Master Repair Schemes and see them through from concept to execution.

• Write precise engineering, warranty, and reject findings reports

• Build new repair capabilities, evaluate alternative tools and parts, and even design your own equipment.

• Be the architect of repair processes that drive our future forward.

Your Background

• Degree in Aerospace/Aviation (or equivalent) ideally with a strong focus on engines.
• 15+ years of aircraft/engine component repair experience, with at least 8 years in an engineering role.
• Solid hands-on expertise in CFM56-5/7 core repairs (vanes, blades, CC, etc.)
• Previous work in world-class repair shops (e.g., MTU, Lufthansa Technik, or similar).

• Experience with DER development, reverse engineering, SPD.

• Fluent in technical English clear, precise, confident.
