Your Mission

  • Provide technical support for engine repairs, developing and improving processes and methods that meet and exceed both authority and customer requirements.
  • Take ownership of engine MRO capability development from planning to execution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, define tooling, equipment, and material requirements for new capability applications.
  • Ensure all work/job cards are accurate, updated, and compliant with CAAC/FAA/EASA regulations.
  • Deliver hands-on troubleshooting and technical guidance during repairs, making complex technical issues crystal clear.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with manufacturers on equivalence assessments and out-of-manual repair schemes.
  • Share your knowledge through training and mentoring empowering technicians, engineers, and new talent alike.
  • Continuously refine processes, driving efficiency and quality in everything you touch.

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace/Aviation preferably focused on engine maintenance.
  • 15+ years in aircraft/engine component manufacturing or maintenance, including at least 8 years as an engineer.
  • Deep understanding of turbine engine systems (CFM56, V2500, or similar).
  • Skilled in navigating technical manuals and engineering documentation systems and applying them effectively.
  • Mastery in preparing and revising work order cards and technical documents.
  • Strong experience evaluating and updating AMM, ESM, CMM, AD, SB, and related documents.
  • Solid knowledge of engine component repair processes (methods, tools, equipment, layout design) with a track record of improvement.
  • Bonus: familiarity with NADCAP certification.

  • Confident in aviation regulations and fluent in English.
