Being an International Consultant at Kilpatrick means:

• Reporting to the head of operations
• Researching, identifying and presenting candidates for mid-level and positions in a wide range of industries
• Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates
• Client & Candidate Relationship Management, conducting interactions in a timely, professional and responsive manner
• Creating and updating Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process
• Arrange and attend client meetings, create and write proposals and supporting our Senior Partners

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing)
• Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others
• Strong ability to Interact with clients (both local and international) and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Customer-oriented with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality control
• Strong negotiator, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• An entrepreneurial spirit and driven for growth and expansion
• Ability to work independently, strong team player and/ or in managing international offices and Consultants
• Fluent in English

You will be able to :

• Work with a global team from 6 offices in an English-speaking environment, with clients from multi-national companies
• Hands-on experience in executive search
• Working along with Senior Team members in one of our global offices
• Understand the process of executive search
• On the frontier of digital innovation in the human resource industry
