What you'll be doing
- Partnering with senior leaders to co-create people strategies that enable business goals
- Leading the design and rollout of programs that build leadership depth, lift performance, and strengthen workforce planning
- Using data to inform people decisions and drive measurable outcomes
- Working across multiple teams to align initiatives and embed sustainable change
- Building scalable, practical frameworks that support growth, transformation, and capability uplift
