What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with senior leaders to co-create people strategies that enable business goals
  • Leading the design and rollout of programs that build leadership depth, lift performance, and strengthen workforce planning
  • Using data to inform people decisions and drive measurable outcomes
  • Working across multiple teams to align initiatives and embed sustainable change
  • Building scalable, practical frameworks that support growth, transformation, and capability uplift
