Kindred People are working with a high-growth, digital-first organisation to find a Senior People & Performance Partner who can shape strategy, lead enterprise-wide initiatives, and help the business scale through its people.

This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity and influence where you'll bring together workforce design, talent development, and leadership capability to drive long-term impact.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with senior leaders to co-create people strategies that enable business goals
• Leading the design and rollout of programs that build leadership depth, lift performance, and strengthen workforce planning
• Using data to inform people decisions and drive measurable outcomes
• Working across multiple teams to align initiatives and embed sustainable change
• Building scalable, practical frameworks that support growth, transformation, and capability uplift
