The Role:

We are seeking a Customer Relations Administrator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will serve as the first point of contact for our service users and their families, ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and efficient communication flow.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for outstanding care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, their families, and other stakeholders, providing timely and empathetic responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure client needs and expectations are communicated and addressed promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience.
  • Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism and in accordance with company policies, ensuring all issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
  • Support the management team with reports and insights on customer feedback trends to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to health and social care and SEN, further honing your craft as a specialist Customer Relations Administrator.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the health and social care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with clients and their families.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
