A global talent management agency are looking to hire an experienced digital and social, senior talent manager / director (Not Talent Acquisition/HR or Recruitment). The senior talent director will sign and manage a diverse roster of talent across various content creator genres including; lifestyle, food, wellbeing, STEM and celebrity.

We are exclusively retained by a leading global talent management agency that works across Entertainment, Digital, Sports, Lifestyle and more. The Social and Digital division in the US is hiring an experienced and driven Talent Manager to join their growing team. The role can be based from their offices on the East Coast, West Coast, or Centrally.
This role will focus on managing and growing a roster of dynamic digital creators across various content categories while building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the divisional managing director, we're looking for an experienced talent manager, with a roster of talent in the digital space, with years of experience in a similar role, mentoring others, developing brand strategies, and opportunities for talent, and driving revenues.
The digital division currently works across various categories including; Lifestyle, Fashion, STEM, Beauty and Food and are looking for a Talent Director that can add clients, and opportunities in these verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and expand a roster of digital creators.
- Actively sign digital talent, and manage a wide range of brand partnerships and brand development opportunities.
- Secure brand partnerships and provide strategic support to talent.
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships with brands and agencies.
- Oversee contracts, project management, and invoicing processes.
- Act as a mentor to junior talent managers.
- Play an active role in developing strategies for talent, and growth across the division, whilst collaborating with other international offices and divisions for opportunities.
- Drive growth opportunities through creative strategies and market insights.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in a senior talent management, PR, or marketing role.
- The ability to bring relationships with talent, brands and agencies.
- A proven business developer that enjoys the hustle, with the ability to uncover opportunities for talent.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for social media trends, the creator economy, and brand building.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage high-volume workloads.
This position will be remunerated according to market rates and experience, and offers a generous commission structure. The location of the role inside the United States is flexible, as long as travel isn't a problem for regular team and client meetings.
