About your role


  • Conduct deep fundamental research on global single stocks, indices and sectors, including business model analysis, earnings forecasts and valuation work.

  • Generate and maintain investment theses and relative value views, with a particular focus on equity derivatives and exotic payoffs (volatility, correlation, dispersion, structured products).

  • Build, maintain and enhance financial models, scenario analyses and sensitivities to support trade ideas and risk taking.

  • Work closely with traders to structure and optimize equity exotic and volatility strategies (e.g. path-dependent options, baskets, hybrids, multi-asset overlays).

  • Monitor positions, risk and performance attribution; proactively flag opportunities, catalysts and downside risks.

  • Track macro, thematic and flow-driven dynamics in global equity and volatility markets and translate them into actionable trade ideas.

  • Prepare concise, high-impact research notes, trade rationales and presentations for investment committees and senior stakeholders.


What you will need to succeed


  • 3–6 years of experience in equity research within asset management, or related buy-side / sell-side role.

  • Strong understanding of global equity markets and equity derivatives (vanilla and exotics); familiarity with volatility, correlation and Greeks.

  • Solid financial modeling and valuation skills; comfortable working with large datasets and market data tools (e.g. Bloomberg, Refinitiv).

  • Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming/scripting language (e.g. Python, VBA, SQL) is highly preferred.

  • Highly numerate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or related discipline.

  • Curious, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, P&L-driven environment with direct interaction with senior traders and PMs.
