Associate Trainee, Family Office

Full Time Associate Training Program

This is a structured training program spanning 24 months, designed to potentially cover the following areas, and may address multiple facets concurrently. Progression through the program will require successful completion of the first 12 months, as assessed by the Company.

CIO Team

During this period, you will work closely with the CIO Team to learn about its asset allocation and concepts of alternative investments.

Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

- Fixed Income/Equities

- Portfolio construction

- Alternative Investments

- Structured products

Operations Team

In this phase of the program, you will work closely with the Operations Team to learn about the various facets of supporting the business.

Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

- Client onboarding

- Private bank onboarding

- Understanding workflow

- Coordinating and producing fiscal reports for management

- Trade operations, revenue tracking and reconciliation

Family Services Team

This portion of the program will cover insurance products and how they can provide solutions for client needs. We will also review trust and estate planning concepts as it pertains to tax and family planning requirements of clients.

Real Estate Team

You will have the opportunity to work with the real estate team on existing projects which include a luxury hotel development in Niseko, luxury town home redevelopment in Tokyo and a list of hospitality opportunities across Japan.
