About Your Company
King Deux is partnering with a Hong Kong-based multi-strategy asset manager regulated by the SFC (Type 4 & 9) and ADGM FSRA, positions itself as a bridge between Greater China and the Middle East with multi-billion USD AUM backed by a prominent HK tycoon. Due to expansion, we are looking to build an Investor Relations / Fundraising team in Hong Kong and work alongside the Partner / Investment team with the upcoming capital raise in multiple private market strategies.
About your role
Spearhead fundraising for the core strategies: private credit / private equity and infrastructure strategy.
Cultivate and close commitments from family offices with offshore AUM and institutional LPs including pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices in the Hong Kong, Singapore, US, Middle East (e.g., GCC SWFs)
Develop tailored pitch materials, roadshows, and due diligence processes highlighting the firm's unique public-private blend, research edge, and structured fund pipeline.
Build and manage a high-performance fundraising team, collaborating with portfolio management, investor relations, academic researchers, and deal-sourcing experts.
Ensure compliance with global fundraising regulations across target regions.
What you will need to succeed
8+ years in institutional fundraising or capital markets, with proven success raising for private market strategies including real estate private credit, high tech private equity, and data center infrastructure strategy
Deep networks with APAC family offices & UHNW, US (e.g., public pensions, endowments), Middle East (SWFs, family offices), and APAC (sovereigns, insurers) institutions.
Experience at a family office-backed manager, hedge fund, or asset manager with multi-asset or tech/AI focus; track record with fund launches preferred.
Exceptional communicator with Mandarin/English fluency advantageous; based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, or New York.
Bachelor's in Finance/Economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
