We are looking for an APAC institutional sales to cover the full spectrum of multi asset funds in both open and close end structure. You will join a team of 5, manage existing networks of intermediaries and distribution channels and support the direct sales for APAC institutions (i.e. pension funds, SWF, endowments, etc)



About your role


  • Business Generation: Originate and secure new asset management opportunities across Asian private banks, wealth managers, and intermediary channels.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing distribution partners, delivering premium post-sale service to maximize client retention.

  • Strategic Advising: Conduct consultative, solutions-based discussions regarding portfolio construction, asset allocation, and AQR’s quantitative investment strategies.

  • Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with regional colleagues and global portfolio management, research, and client service teams to support product development and business strategy.


What you will need to succeed


  • Experience: 7–10 years of institutional or wealth management client-facing experience, with a proven track record of asset raising in Asia.

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of equities, liquid alternatives (hedge funds), and systematic/quantitative investment methodologies.

  • Network & Language: An established network within the Asian private banking ecosystem. 

  • Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
