About the Company

King Deux is partnering with one of Hong Kong's leading non‑bank property mortgage providers, a wholly owned subsidiary of a fully SFC-licensed finance listed company. Building on deep mortgage lending expertise and alternative credit investing capabilities, our client is actively scaling its institutional mortgage servicing platform — managing and advising loan portfolios on behalf of both its own balance sheet and third-party institutional owners. We are seeking an experienced collections professional to join this growing platform in a hands-on, high-impact role.

About the Role

• Perform end-to-end mortgage loan collections across current, delinquent, and non-performing accounts
• Conduct borrower outreach through reminder calls, follow-ups, and written communications
• Negotiate repayment plans, restructuring options, and settlement arrangements within approved guidelines
• Identify early warning signs of potential default and execute timely remedial actions or escalations
• Manage legal and enforcement proceedings, including property repossession, recovery processes, and shortfall management
• Coordinate with internal teams across Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Sales
• Liaise with external partners including law firms, surveyor firms, property agents, and debt collection agencies
• Maintain accurate documentation, system records, and ensure full regulatory compliance
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and platform-wide initiatives as the business continues to grow
• Candidates with past retail experience are highly welcomed

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on collections experience within banking or established financial institutions, with preference for mortgage lending backgrounds
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan documentation, repayment structures, collection processes, and Hong Kong regulatory requirements
• Proven analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both customers and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with collection and loan management systems; proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot
• High integrity, detail-oriented, persistent, and able to work independently under pressure
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is a distinct advantage
