About Your Company
King Deux is partnering with an Asia listed conglomerate with rooting dominance in Hong
Kong, we are expanding our corporate strategy office with the ambition to conduct active direct investment / M&A activities to expand the group's footparint globally. You will work closely with an industry veteran coming from major global private equity training.
About your role
Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Collaborate with executive leadership to refine M&A and direct investment strategies, conduct thematic sector research, and proactively originate deal flow across Consumer, Healthcare, and Tech.
Cross-Border Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end transaction processes across Pan-Asia, North America, and Europe—managing term sheet negotiations, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
Financial Analysis & Valuation: Build robust financial models and perform comprehensive valuations utilizing DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions, and LBO/returns analyses.
Portfolio Optimization: Partner with portfolio leadership to track post-acquisition performance, support operational initiatives, and execute value-creation roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management & IC Reporting: Direct cross-functional teams and external advisors to synthesize complex findings into compelling Investment Committee memorandums.
AI-Driven Workflows: Integrate Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex) to streamline research, data processing, and execution efficiency.
Executive Support: Assist the Investment Director with strategic, ad-hoc initiatives as needed.
What you will need to succeed
Master’s/Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline from a top-tier institution.
3+ years of M&A or direct principal investment experience within a top-tier investment bank, private equity fund, or institutional investor (e.g., SWF, pension fund).
Exceptional EQ, adaptability, and performance in high-velocity, global environments, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
Native or bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
