About Your Company

This position will be with a renowned firm backed by a fully SFC‑licensed, listed company providing a full suite of financial services spanning securities, multi‑family office services, and Web3. This unique structure provides deep capital pools, an elite network of high‑net‑worth clients, and strong deal flow at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.

About Your Role

We are seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented, and proactive Corporate Finance Analyst to join our fast‑paced front‑office team. This role is a sell‑side position uniquely embedded in a buy‑side environment. You will support the corporate finance team within a leading, fully licensed Asia‑based financial services institution, providing advisory and transaction execution services to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the day‑to‑day activities of our corporate finance advisory division while directly supporting two Corporate Finance Directors.

Our deal pipeline is highly diverse, with a core focus on pre‑IPO financial advisory (FA), M&A, fund‑raising, and various corporate exercises/transactions. Leveraging our broader family office ecosystem, you will gain exposure to traditional corporate finance deals alongside innovative transactions linked to our wealth management and Web3 ecosystem.

  • Expected Salary: Base salary: HKD 27,000 – 30,000 per month (negotiable), plus discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience and/or performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Execution & Director Support: Support full transaction life cycles across pre‑IPO FA, M&A, fund‑raising, and corporate exercises, managing pipeline and workflow directly for two Directors.

  • Sales, Compliance & Client Support: Serve as a key client point of contact for prospective deals; manage KYC and client onboarding in compliance with SFC regulations and internal standards.

  • Material Preparation & Analyses/Research: Draft, review, and organize transaction documentation, including term sheets, mandate letters, prospectus drafts, and due diligence checklists. Prepare pitch books, valuation materials, presentation decks, and marketing materials. Conduct market updates, industry research, peer comparisons, and financial analysis to support investment theses.

  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Liaise with internal Wealth Management, Family Office, and Web3 teams to support cross‑divisional deal origination and client onboarding.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Licensing: Candidates should intend to attain, or already hold, SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), and Type 6 (Advising on Corporate Finance) licences upon assuming this role.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in corporate finance, investment banking, brokerage, or professional services; in‑house corporate finance roles are particularly welcome. A Big 4 deal advisory or transaction services background is a strong plus. Prior exposure to pre‑IPO, M&A, or fund‑raising transactions is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential. We are looking for candidates who are confident in building professional pitch decks and handling financial data.

  • Ecosystem Interest: A strong interest in, or familiarity with, the buy‑side landscape—including family offices, wealth management, or the Web3/digital asset space—is highly advantageous.

  • Languages: Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with regional clients and handle documentation.

  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a “no task too small” attitude. You are able to handle tight transaction deadlines with composure.
