Full-Time Manufacturing Engineering Opportunity
Our client is currently hiring for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer role within its automated production division. This permanent role includes a robust compensation plan, performance bonuses, health coverage, paid time off, and relocation support when applicable.
Role Summary:
The selected candidate will support operations in a high-output production environment focused on precise assembly and packaging processes. This role emphasizes project execution, equipment enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset. The individual will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and internal departments to enhance production reliability and efficiency.
Key Functions:

Lead design improvements and manage capital projects involving automated systems

Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical systems, including pneumatic and fluid-powered machinery

Drive resolution of recurring performance or quality issues within manufacturing lines

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal departments

Oversee the planning, installation, and validation of new or modified machinery

Maintain documentation such as operational procedures, validation plans, maintenance logs, and change records

Guide technicians and support staff in equipment upgrades, repairs, and installations
Ideal Background:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving high-speed automation

Familiarity with mechanical systems design, motion control, CAD-based drafting, and pneumatic tools

Background in lean process improvement strategies and data-driven decision-making

Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Six Sigma is a plus
