Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Troubleshooting

    • Respond quickly to technical inquiries and analyze customer issues to deliver top-tier service.
    • Provide both on-site and remote support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Product & Technical Expertise

    • Assist in selecting, sizing, and configuring piston pumps for various applications.
    • Diagnose product failures, implement solutions, and support inspection, repair, and performance testing.
  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Handle incoming calls regarding order status, inventory, pricing, quotes, shipping, and more.
    • Collaborate with Production and Sales Managers to meet customer and operational needs.
    • Relay feedback on product performance and improvements to engineering and R&D teams.
  • Additional Duties

    • Maintain current knowledge of the product line, including pricing, delivery schedules, and promotions.
    • Provide timely internal feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 35%
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 3+ years working with hydraulics

Essential Skills

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • In-depth knowledge of hydraulic principles, fluid mechanics, and piston pump technology.
    • Skilled in using diagnostic and repair tools specific to hydraulic equipment.
    • Capable of interpreting technical schematics, drawings, and specifications.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management.
