HOURS: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

PAY RATE: $13-$14 Hourly



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be willing to pass background and drug test
  • Have at least forklift experience

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Physically Fit with the ability to lift and carry loads up to 30(+) pounds
  • Must be able to read, write, and know basic math 


The position of Production Operator includes multiple tasks that follow good manufacturing practices and ensure on time, in-full delivery to the customer. While maintaining a clean working environment. Candidate must be able to drive a forklift and work multiple machines during shifts. The individual must be able to communicate production status and communicate problems to proper personnel.  You must be able to Multitask at the job site. Employees must show the ability to follow applicable ISO Work Instructions for daily tasks. Employees may be exposed to airborne dust. In these circumstances, a NIOSH respirator is required.

    Following standard operating procedures for all assigned tasks
  • Monitoring machine parameters and resolving processing problems
  • Perform quality control testing, as required

  • Generate customer required documents, as needed
  • Comply with all safety requirements
  • Perform equipment maintenance tasks, where applicable
  • Maintain accurate production documentation, as required
  • Identify the correct raw materials from the job packet
  • Monitor and adjust mixer/mill settings to meet quality requirements 
  • Identify the correct packaging from the job packet (boxes, drums, bags)
  • Package and label finished products for shipment
  • Must have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a wide variety of small hand tools, scales, spatula, barrel cart, hand trucks, utility knife, mixer/blender machinery and computer equipment
