Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Working closely with the Head of Operations, Finance, and HR teams, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our offices.

This role is ideal for an adaptable, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a welcoming and professional environment for guests and

employees.

Oversee daily office operations, including filing, printing, scanning, and obtaining necessary signatures and approvals.

Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle expense processing, maintaining accurate financial records.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are

maintained.

Coordinate with service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, and

maintenance) to ensure seamless operations.

Serve as a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers.

Support onboarding of new employees, managing contracts and

enrollment processes.

Organize company events and morale-boosting activities.

Oversee payroll processing, invoices, and tracking of vacation/sick leave.

Assist in planning and executing team-building activities and company events.

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Shareholders when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's reporting and performance requirements.

Requirements:

2-3 years of office management experience, particularly in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Experience in a tech company is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in modern office technology (e.g., invoicing platforms, payroll systems).

Cypriot citizenship and a valid drivers license.

Familiarity with Cyprus employment and immigration laws,

particularly related to hiring non-EU citizens (legal expertise not

required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in

English.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience managing external service providers (e.g., cleaning,

security) is a plus.
