Job Description:
Travel & IRL Production Manager
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Travel & IRL Production Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our team's international trips and IRL productions.
The successful candidate will actively participate in the trips and manage the entire production process, from the initial planning and technical setup of an IRL livestream to the completion and post-production stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise business trips, including travel arrangements, accommodation and schedules.
- Research and select suitable destinations and locations for filming.
- Plan, coordinate and set up IRL livestreams.
- Travel with the team and oversee productions on location.
- Build and manage detailed on-location shooting schedules for streamers (hotel pickup times, filming slots, meals, rest periods) and ensure the day runs according to plan.
- Manage all activities before, during and after each trip or production.
- Coordinate equipment, transportation, schedules, external partners and production requirements.
- Personally operate a camera and handle other production equipment on location.
- Organise and manage the content produced after filming.
- Handle technical or organisational issues that may arise during a production.
- Collaborate closely with the production, content and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience producing content for YouTube or television, ideally as a producer and/or editor, including travelling with YouTubers/content creators as part of a previous role.
- Comfortable and confident personally operating a camera and other filming equipment.
- Knowledge of video editing.
- Experience using Twitch and Discord.
- Good understanding of livestreaming equipment and production workflows.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
- Availability for frequent international travel.
- Very good command of Greek, in addition to English.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate.
