Job Description:
Assistant Producer (YouTube & Twitch)
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Producer to support the production and growth of our YouTube and Twitch content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital content, understands the creator economy, and wants hands-on experience in fast-growing online projects.
You will work closely with producers, streamers, and creatives, playing a key role in content execution, optimization, and day-to-day production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of YouTube videos and Twitch live streams
- Support pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
- Collaborate with editors and producers on:
- Video structure
- Story flow
- Thumbnails & titles (basic understanding)
- Handle basic video editing tasks when needed
- Support videography needs, including:
- Shooting behind-the-scenes content
- Basic camera setups (studio & on-location)
- Help manage content schedules and publishing timelines
- Assist in budget management for productions and content initiatives
- Support logistics for travel, shoots, and collaborations
- Monitor content performance and help identify optimization opportunities
- Be proactive in improving workflows and content quality
Requirements
- Strong understanding of YouTube & Twitch platforms
- Content formats
- Creator workflows
- Live streaming basics
- Previous experience in Video Editing
(Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar) - Previous experience in Videography
- Camera operation
- Framing & basic lighting
- Good sense of storytelling and pacing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, online-first environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Nice to Have
- Experience with live streaming setups (OBS, Streamlabs, etc.)
- Basic understanding of analytics & content performance
- Experience working with creators, streamers, or digital media brands
- Social media awareness (short-form content is a plus)
