CRM Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing team and help deliver engaging customer journeys across Sportsbook, Casino, and VIP segments.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that drive player engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Content teams to deliver personalized experiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other communication channels.
Support the delivery of acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns for Sportsbook, Casino, and VIP customers.
Execute promotional activities and targeted offers end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Marketing teams to create engaging customer communications.
Manage and optimize bonus campaigns, promotional mechanics, and player incentives.
Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and key CRM metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns using CRM platforms and dynamic templates.
Perform quality assurance checks across devices and channels to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming policies.
Maintain campaign workflows, documentation, asset management, and reporting processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, or a similar role.
Previous experience within the iGaming, Sports Betting, Online Casino, or Gaming industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Good understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalization.
Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar.
Basic HTML/CSS skills for email campaign creation and editing.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
