We're seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong user-centered, mindset and a proven track record of delivering impactful digital experiences.
In this role, you'll own the design process, creating intuitive, elegant, and scalable solutions that drive business success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll shape strategy, advocate for users, and bring innovative ideas to life. What You will be doing
- Drive the design process from discovery to execution, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and stakeholders to shape product vision and strategy.
- Advocate for design best practices and a user-first approach, ensuring accessibility, usability, and consistency across products.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our design practice innovative and effective.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
- Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and user-centered design principles. Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design and
- prototyping tools.
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you can articulate design decisions and advocate for users.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.
