Casino Manager
About the role
Were looking for a practical, organised Casino Manager. Youll keep the
game plan moving, talk to suppliers and make sure our lobby, promos, and
reports are on point. If you know iGaming and like getting things done
without fuss, this is for you.
What youll do
Plan the game lineup. Work with the Central Gaming team on the
roadmap, launch dates, and lobby placement
Localise smartly, pick the right games and versions for each market and
device
Talk to suppliers/external partners: share our needs, chase deliverables,
and push for exclusive content
Link up Design, CRM, VIP, CS, Payments/Risk, Tech, and BI so daily
ops run smoothly
Follow the rules per country and update game content when regulations
change
Send daily/weekly/monthly numbers with a short what it means/what we
do next.
Fix issues fast: log problems, follow up with partners, and close the loop
Watch competitors, note whats working for them and suggest simple
tests we can try.
What youll bring
2+ years in iGaming (casino ops or product)
Strong knowledge of casino games and suppliers
Detail-minded, reliable, and steady under pressure
Self-starter with fresh, practical ideas (social angles welcome)
Comfortable with numbers and Google Sheets; you can spot trends and
act
Clear communication (written and spoken) and a team-first attitude
Strong English
Tools youll use Monday.com for boards and priorities
Jira for tickets, testing, and releases
Google Docs/Sheets/Slides for briefs and reports
Provider/aggregator back offices to manage titles and settings
