CRM Manager
About the role
Were growing our online casino and need a hands-on CRM Manager.
Youll run our lifecycle plan, send smart multi-channel campaigns (email/
SMS/push/on-site), and use data and testing to keep players engaged.
What youll do
Own the CRM plan across the player journey: first depositors, new,
active, at-risk, lapsed, and reactivated
Build and run campaigns across email/SMS/push/on-site with clear
goals and tracking
Set up automations and journeys (triggers, frequency caps, exclusions,
control groups)
Segment by behavior and value so each player sees the right offer at
the right time
Measure and improve: watch uplift vs control, retention, re-deposit rate,
ARPPU, churn, and bonus cost-to-deposit
Report what matters (e.g., D1/D7/D30 retention, LTV, NGR) in plain
language with clear next steps
Test constantly: A/B and holdout tests; document what worked and roll
out winners
Keep the CRM stack tidy: templates, dynamic content, deliverability, QA
before send
Work with the wider team (Casino Ops, VIP, Product, Content/Design,
CS) so promos and comms line up
Watch competitors and keep our playbook current
What youll need (must-haves)
Strong English (C1+)
3+ years in iGaming CRM, ideally at senior/specialist level
A track record of building automated lifecycle programs that move
retention and LTV
Solid experience with CRM platforms and automation; Smartico is a plus
Data-comfortable: you can dig into numbers and turn insight into action
Clear communicator, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects Willing to cover occasional weekends when needed
Nice to have
Experience with Smartico ; basic SQL/BI
Good grasp of casino mechanics (bonuses, wagering, lobby setup) and
RG requirements
