Mid Affiliate Manager
About the role
Were hiring a mid-level Affiliate Manager to grow and manage a solid
partner list. Youll look
after day-to-day relationships, bring in new partners, keep tracking clean,
and make sure deals
deliver FTDs and NGR. Hands-on, data-aware, and quick on comms.
What youll do (day to day)
Manage a partner book: be the point of contact, answer fast, solve
issues, and keep partners engaged
Recruit new affiliates: outreach across sites, media houses, forums,
comparison portals, and social
Run multi-geo campaigns: help manage EMEA markets and adjust
offers by GEO when needed
Watch performance: track FTDs, NGR, eCPA/RevShare, retention; flag
waste and scale winners
Know the market: review competitor promos/landers/creatives; suggest
smarter deals or tests
Keep tracking tight: own links, postbacks, tags; QA test clicks and
conversions so nothing is lost.
Brief and launch promos: work with Creative/Marketing on targeted
landers, banners, and exclusive offers.
Report weekly: simple, clear updates on activity, commissions, and next
steps
Handle disputes: coordinate with Risk, Payments, Legal on fraud,
chargebacks, or contract points priorities
Stay organized: keep Monday.com boards and Sheets tidyowners,
due dates
What youll need
23 years in iGaming affiliate management (operator) Good grasp of iGaming traffic, GEOs, and player value (what drives
quality FTDs)
Some existing contacts with affiliates/media buyers/performance
networks (or proof you can build them fast)
Experience with affiliate tools/platforms (e.g.,ReferOn, Humbl, CellXpert
or similar)
Negotiation basics: comfortable discussing CPA/RevShare, caps, tiers,
and custom deals within a playbook
Budget & ROI awareness: can forecast, pace spend, and hit targets
Clear reporting to stakeholders; strong English (written and spoken)
Willing to cover occasional weekends for launches or key promos
Nice to have
Experience working with media agencies and performance networks
Familiar with Monday.com, Google Sheets/Slides, and simple BI
dashboards; basic A/B
testing on landers/creatives
Extra EMEA languages (French, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, German)
