Project Manager (Product & Campaigns)

About the role

We need a doer who keeps everyone aligned and the work moving. Youll

gather inputs from

owners, VIP, CRM, and CS managers, turn them into clear tasks, keep

boards and priorities

tight, and make sure all internal departments and external partners deliver

on time. Deep iGaming knowledge is a must.

What youll do (day to day)

Keep the Monday.com boards clean: statuses, owners, due dates,

dependencies. No stale tickets

Turn inputs into tasks: Take requests from owners, VIP, CRM, CS and

write short briefs with clear acceptance criteria.

Create Jira tickets to external providers or dev teams

Prioritize the backlog by impact (GGR/NGR, retention, deposit uplift),

effort, and deadlines; share a simple weekly commit list

Work with design: Write clear creative briefs, manage Figma handoffs,

double-check specs/localizations, and approve final assets

Decide which games go first, handle testing/UAT, and keep an

integration tracker by GEO/device; coordinate with external partners

Align with CRM & VIP on targeting, bonus rules, and timing; check

landing flows and tracking before launch

Do go/no-go checks, QA checklists, and rollback plans; after launch,

verify, log bugs, and follow up

Send a short weekly update to owners and the team. Whats done, what

slipped, blockers, and next weeks plan

Take initiative: Spot gaps, suggest quick experiments, raise blockers

early, and clearnoise so the team can move.

Youll own (process assets)

Master roadmap (games, promos, features) and the release calendar.

Brief templates, UAT/QA checklists, and integration logs. Delivery KPIs: on-time %, UAT pass %, bug leakage, MTTR, campaign

lead time, rework rate.

Must-haves

3+ years in iGaming project/product or igaming operations (operator or

aggregator).

Strong understanding of casino basics: providers, lobbies, volatility/RTP,

jackpots, bonus types, wallets, GEO nuances.

Proven prioritization and cross-team coordination (Design, CRM, VIP,

CS, Tech, Providers).

Comfortable making data-led calls (cut scope vs delay, promo tweak vs

cancel).

Clear writer and calm communicator; you chase details and close loops.

Proactive - you bring options, not problems.
