CRM Executive
About the role
Were growing our online casino and need a CRM Executive to help run
day-to-day CRM. Youll build and send campaigns, keep the calendar
organized, and report results. Youll work closely with the CRM Manager,
VIP, and BI teams to keep players engaged and coming back.
What youll do
Execute campaign concepts and promos across email, SMS, push, and
on-site messages
Own the comms calendar: keep dates, owners, assets, and deadlines
up to date
Coordinate assets (copy, templates, creatives, translations) and QA
before launch
Work with stakeholders (Content, CRM, VIP, CS) so each send is on
brief and on time
Track performance and share clear updates (deliveries, opens/clicks,
conversions, reactivations)
Support segmentation and journeys for key player groups (FTD, active,
at-risk, lapsed)
Keep data tidy: lists, exclusions, preferences, naming conventions
Help with A/B tests and document what worked for the team
What youll need (must-haves)
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, filters; comfortable cleaning CSVs)
1+ year working in CRM in iGaming. Experience with dynamic
messaging is an advantage
Analytical mindset: can read a dashboard, build simple reports, and
make data-based recommendations
Great communicator & project owner: organized, reliable, and
comfortable taking a task from brief to launch
High attention to detail and happy to do execution work (QA, checks,
follow-ups)
Strong EnglishNice to have
Hands-on with Smartico or Fast Track (or similar CRM tools)
Basic SQL/BI skills
Understanding of casino promos/bonuses and lobby setup
