We are seeking talented Professional Consultants in 

Project Management Consulting/ Engineering Procurement - Construction - Modularization Fabrication Yard Oversight

To work on an International Petrochemical Project.

With extensive expertise in all aspects of Petrochemical Project execution on behalf of the Client, the role encompasses full EPC management and coordination among licensors, as well as oversight of engineering, procurement, modular yard fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities from detailed design through commissioning and handover. 

It is essential to have strong technical knowledge of:

• Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) Units,
• Polypropylene (PP) Units, and
• Utilities and Offsites (U&O)

Acting as the single point of accountability for the Owner, the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team will lead project delivery across safety, cost, schedule, quality, and operability, ensuring execution to world-class standards.

The work location will be a combination of West Africa and the Far East.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (PMP Certification preferred for management roles).
• Experience: Minimum of 20 years in petrochemical or refinery projects, with significant exposure to large-scale EPC Mega Projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH), Polypropylene (PP), and Utilities & Offsites (U&O).
• Project Lifecycle Exposure: Proven experience across all project phases from detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Construction Knowledge: Hands-on experience in construction and civil works for ISBL/OSBL areas.
• Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability in team leadership, contract management, and stakeholder engagement on complex, multicultural projects.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English; strong reporting and interface skills.
• Safety & Quality Focus: Deep understanding of HSE, quality assurance, and operability standards for world-class project delivery.
• Mobility: Willingness to work on an assignment basis between West Africa and the Far East as required.
