About the Role: We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and creative-thinking Sales Assistant to join our digital media advertising team. You will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of advertising projects, from initial brainstorming to final execution, helping the team create impactful digital advertising campaigns for clients.

Responsibilities:

I. Advertising Project Creative Development

  • Assist the sales team in gathering market intelligence, conducting competitor analysis, and generating audience insights
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to help generate advertising themes, creative scripts, social media engagement mechanisms, and more
  • Organize and present creative proposal decks (using PowerPoint, Canva, or other tools) to support client presentation preparation

II. Advertising Execution & Operational Support

  • Assist with ad placements, creative asset organization, and advertising platform setup
  • Track advertising campaign progress to ensure schedules, budgets, and creatives are executed according to plan
  • Assist in organizing performance data and generating reports to support the team in subsequent optimization recommendations

III. Internal Collaboration & Administrative Support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, design, editorial, and data to ensure smooth project execution
  • Help organize client requirements, meeting minutes, post-campaign reports, and other documents
  • Support other advertising-related tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; majors in Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines are a plus
  • 6 months to 1 year of internship or work experience in digital media, advertising agency, or marketing (recent graduates are welcome but must demonstrate strong learning enthusiasm)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) or Canva, with basic presentation and data organization skills
  • Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but Welcome)

  • Familiarity with advertising performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and data observation skills
  • Proficient in basic video/audio and image production tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere
  • Experience executing offline or online events
