Responsibilities:
To further expand and diversify our business, we are looking for a Business Development professional who can create new value by combining music and technology.This role involves planning, sales activities, and account management aimed at solving business challenges for our partners and clients, while also generating new revenue streams.
・Identify new business opportunities in the music industry and related tech domains through market research and analysis
・Make a B2B/B2B2C marketing strategy, make proposals, and initiate practices.
・Cooperate with internal teams like product engineers, marketing, legal, and other departments to implement PoC (proof of concept) and build feedback loops.
・Promotion of business partnerships and alliances with partner companies, labels, artists, etc.
・Manage account activities for both new and existing external partners
・Design KPIs, budgets, and develop/manage roadmaps of B2B businesses
Requirements:
・5+ years of experience in business development or strategic planning at a tech or music-related company
・Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on data
・A startup mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, hypothesis-driven environment
・Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have:
・Experience in the music industry (e.g. music labels, publisher, event organizer, or streaming services)
・Experience in expanding business into international markets or building cross-border partnerships
・Experience in launching and operating in-house products
・Knowledge of and interest in Web3, AI, interactive media, or fan engagement strategies
