Responsibilities:
1. Lead Social Planning Team
- Align cross-functionally and partner closely with the GM and senior managers to set measurable brand-growth objectives and align Social Planning with company-wide strategies.
- Define OKRs and roadmap; own budget and performance targets related to content promotion projects
- Mentor and upskill team members, fostering continuous learning and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
2. Industry & Trend Insight
- Track local and global music/culture trends; translate insights into social-first strategies
- Ensure KKBOX content mix remains fresh, diverse, and locally relevant on multiple social channels
3. Label & Artist Relations
- Build senior-level relationships with labels, distributors, artist management
- Promote KKBOX and new features; educate partners to maximize platform impact
4. Social & Community Growth
- Co-drive social voice with Editorial team across all channels
- Execute content promotion, brand storytelling, user-feedback loops, and selected commercial collaborations
5. Process Excellence
- Design and refine workflows to improve campaign execution, data sharing, and partner servicing
- Champion a positive, collaborative, and fast-moving work environment
Requirements:
- Passionate evangelist for KKBOXs mission and brand
- 5 + years in label/artist relations, digital music services, or media; strong local-genre network
- Proven success in music/entertainment marketing; fluent in current digital & social tactics
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data-literate; adept at using analytics to set KPIs and measure ROI
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with meticulous detail
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across teams and markets
- Up-to-date knowledge of music-industry and cultural trends
- Familiarity with content-management systems and digital supply-chain processes (nice-to-have)
- Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin or another Asian language a plus
