Software Quality Assurance Assistant Engineer

We are looking for a short-term (3 months) QA Engineer to support pre-launch testing of our mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms. This role also involves mentoring QA interns and ensuring testing tasks are executed efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases for iOS and Android mobile apps

• Lead and support QA interns in daily testing tasks

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to track, report, and verify bugs

• Perform functional, regression, and basic performance testing

• Ensure product quality and stability prior to release

• Able to work 5 days a week, and commit through the end of July 2025

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in mobile app testing

• Strong detail-oriented, multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills

• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently

• Familiar with manual testing processes and issue tracking tools such as Jira

• Knowledge of iOS and Android testing methodologies and mobile devices

• Experience mentoring interns or junior QA team members is a plus
