The Senior IT Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and systems. This role ensures the stable operation, efficient delivery, and continuous optimization of corporate IT services, supporting the organization's daily operations. The Senior IT Engineer will play a key role in building and managing various IT systems, including office networks, enterprise applications, and development infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Group IT System Infrastructure Build-out and Maintenance:
Responsible for the planning, implementation, deployment, and daily maintenance of the group's IT system infrastructure (e.g., office networks, Wi-Fi, servers, etc.).
Manage and maintain enterprise-level application systems to ensure stable operation and performance.
- Network and Identity Management:
Design, implement, and maintain office network architecture, including wired and wireless networks, ensuring their stability, security, and efficiency.
Manage and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure the accuracy and security of user permissions.
- System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
Monitor the operational status of the IT infrastructure, identify potential issues, and perform preventive maintenance.
Rapidly respond to and resolve various IT incidents, ensuring business continuity.
- Technical Support and User Services:
Provide technical assistance and guidance to L1 support staff, facilitating the resolution of internal user hardware and software issues.
Communicate and collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or related fields.
Familiar with network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.) and network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches).
Experience in managing and maintaining Windows / Linux / macOS.
Practical experience with Identity and Access Management (Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, etc.).
Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) is preferred.
Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding or experience with DevOps / SRE.
Experience with ISO 27001 or other information security certifications.
Specific SaaS/Cloud management experience: e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace (GWS), or Microsoft 365 (M365) .
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
