Overview:
We are now entering a new phase of our AI roadmap focused on orchestrating intelligent agents that can collaborate, plan, and execute tasks autonomously. This role is instrumental in building such systems, especially in domains such as enterprise knowledge retrieval, automated assistants, and generative content workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intelligent agent workflows and multi-agent systems leveraging LLMs (e.g., task decomposition, tool selection, and autonomous reasoning) for complex AI applications.
• Work closely with domain experts and cross-functional partners (e.g., project managers, engineers, designers) to design and implement autonomous agent workflows aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with developers, and product owners to implement AI solutions and fulfill customers PoC requirements.
• Stay up to date in current technologies and state-of-the-art methods.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python programming skill and library, framework like Pandas, NumPy, huggingface, scikit-learn, spacy, etc.
• Experience with writing/designing production code and maintaining the codebase.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models, including advanced techniques and platforms.
• Experience designing or implementing agent-based systems or tool-augmented LLM workflows (e.g., function-calling, agentic planning, tool use).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS data and AI services.
• Experience with MLOps and LLMOps.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning.
• Experience using multi-agent orchestration frameworks and understanding of common coordination patterns such as planner-executor, consensus-based reasoning, or parallel agent specialization.
• Investigate and implement robust approaches of NLU, NER, zero/few-shot learning, Intent classification, text generation, question answering, and keyword extraction.
• Active involvement in open source communities or contributions to public repositories.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end machine learning workflows, including feature engineering, model selection, training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.
