Maintenance Planner - 3rd Shift - Cincinnati

Cincinnati, OH

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Hours are 10 PM - 6 AM!

Responsibilities:

• Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work
• Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols
• Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS
• Review KPIs, resolve shift problems, and inspect operations for quality
• Offer feedback on performance and support SQF Systems maintenance
• Maintain clean, safe work areas, participate in initiatives, and conduct safety observations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead Role
• Previous experience with Controls & PLCs (Programming is a plus)
• Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is required
• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance experience
• Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and CMMS Systems
• Verbal & Written Communication Skills
