The Licensed Land Surveyor / Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of surveyors and technicians in surveying the earths surface. This includes determining precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for various purposes such as construction and land division. The successful candidate will promote safe work practices, evaluate staff progress, and represent the company in meetings with clients. Please note that this position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship, except for TN visa classification.

  • Assemble field data, perform survey calculations, and prepare legal descriptions
  • Manage operations of multiple field crews

  • Lead and manage team members, providing continuous performance management

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in surveying
  • Professional Registered Land Surveyor certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced team-oriented environment
