• Proficiency in MicroStation and Geopak/Open Roads
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and storm sewer calculations

Responsibilities

• Prepare client contracts and schedules for survey crews
• Develop construction documents and opinions of construction costs
• Handle village submittals and reviews, and permit applications
• Conduct field observations and coordinate construction activities
• Engage with various agencies including Illinois EPA and Army Corps of Engineers

Qualifications

• Licensed Illinois Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (PE preferred)
• 3-5 years of professional civil engineering experience
• Experience with infrastructure projects including land development, drainage, and roadway management
• Familiarity with compensatory storage calculations and detention basin sizing (preferred but not required)
